Returns & Exchanges

At MCoBeauty, we want you to love your luxe-for-less products, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items that are unused and in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on cosmetics that have been opened or tested.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original shipping box or a similar protective mailer to ensure they arrive back to us undamaged.

• 3.
  Attached Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
